EBS are looking for a diligent and highly organised administrator to support the Compliance and HR Team.

You will have access to industry leading software for monitoring, auditing and producing reports as part of your contribution to EBS meeting the required standards of legislation and maintaining industry accreditations such as FORS Gold and Mission Zero.

This unique and exciting role involves creating and maintaining a social media presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include creating engaging and shareable content for social media, content creation, scheduling posts, monitoring social media channels, and responding to comments and messages.

With a knowledge and passion for transport, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company continues towards its goal of becoming an example of best practice in the haulage industry.

**Main Duties include**:

- Compliance administration
- Creating and scheduling social media communication
- Preparing reports and general administration
- First point of contact for driver enquiries and document management
- Liaise directly with management and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Creative with social media experience
- Flexible approach and team spirit essential
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

**Preferred**
- Knowledge of transport industry and regulations
- 2 years compliance administration experience within the haulage industry

EBS operate in the construction and engineering sector, where we undertake deliveries for the construction industry. **Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
