**About the Role and Person**
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent

The core focus of this role is to support the Governance Team in the delivery of their goals and objectives in delivering good governance and be a key facilitator to Accents Board members and other key stakeholders, communicating with them on corporate governance matters.

Whilst we have key responsibilities and these can be found in the job description, there are certain things we will need from you:

- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Experience of a fast paced working environment and meeting competing priorities;
- Able to liaise effectively with colleagues at all levels from team members to senior leaders, executive directors and Board members.

**Salary**

The spot salary for this post is £24,619 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all of the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
