Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S) have an excellent and progressive opportunity for a Business Support Administrator. As a Business Support Administrator, you will be significant to the delivery of administrative support for around 100 DE&S staff working at Waddington. In this customer facing role, you will regularly interact with stakeholders at all levels across the business, dealing with a range of queries, and commonly providing support and information as part of the Business Management Team.

**About the role**
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

- Order and issue stationery and combustibles
- Support staff and visitors coming on to site, sign post key information and services, and support Senior visits
- Management of meeting rooms and workspaces across the site
- Supporting records management
- One off ad hoc payments for goods and services.
- Supporting OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental)
- Diary management and internal communications
- Collating data

**Person specification**:

- IT literate including Microsoft Office
- Strong planning & organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Stakeholder engagement experience

It would also be great if you can demonstrate any of the following desirable criteria:

- Previous office / administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
