- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Handle daily data entry of financial transactions
- Ensure that all financial documents are accurately filed and organised
- Assist with the annual audit preparation
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers, and partners as needed
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department
- Adhere to all company procedures and regulations
- Support the team by completing tasks related to organisation and strong communication

**The Successful Applicant**:
A successful Finance Assistant should have:

- A good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and time management skills
