As the Operations Co-ordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business operations.
The role will be busy and varied including the following duties:
Manage and maintain software integrations with business partners
Organise and update brand assets
Strategically plan and execute promotions across online channels, retail partners, and events, contributing to the company's growth.
Enter awards on behalf of the company and share updates with the team and external consultants
Handle event logistics, paperwork, compliance, stock organisation, and attendance, ensuring successful event execution.
Liaise with Sales Manager regarding new wholesaler, distributor, and retailer account setups, including sample send-outs and contract management.
**Product and Componentry Management**: Coordinate sourcing, ordering, and quality control of componentry, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
Assist with invoicing, including invoicing retailers for orders, and support accounts with invoice management.
**Quality Control**: Ensure product quality meets company standards through rigorous quality control processes.
**Logistics Management**: Collaborate with the Supply Chain manager to coordinate orders, returns, exports, and logistics processes.
**Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the future planning and development of the business through data and financial analysis, post-event assessments, and forward-thinking strategies.
Ideally the Operations Coordinator will have the following skills and expertise:
Proven experience in operations management, ideally in the beauty or skincare industry.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in software integrations and familiarity with relevant tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with supplier and partner management.
Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
Strategic thinking and business development skills.
