HR Administrator / HR Systems Administration Assistant with excellent organisational, administrative, time-management and verbal and written communication skills with previous experience using HR software and systems is required for a well-established company based in Alderley Park, Macclesfield, Cheshire, North West England.

JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an HR Administrator / HR Systems Administration Assistant with excellent organisational, administrative, time-management and verbal and written communication skills with previous experience using HR software and systems.
Working as a HR Administrator / HR Systems Administration Assistant you will support the HR Team and provide a full spectrum of administrative support in day-to-day HR and systems Administration in a busy and changing environment.
As a HR Administrator / HR Systems Administration Assistant you will be helping the company to drive the UK to the forefront of commercial success for medicines discovery, committing to place the patient at the beginning of discovery and helping the sector move faster to the patient.
DUTIES
Your duties as the HR Administrator / HR Systems Administration Assistant include:
Administrative support for the full employee lifecycle including but not restricted to joining, contractual changes, cyclical changes and leaving the business
Administer HR transactions and documentation (such as amendments to contracts of employment, changes to personal details and absence information)
Provide administrative support associated with monthly payroll and pension administration
Supporting the HR Team in the administration and reporting of HR metrics
Co-ordinating and conducting new starter induction sessions
Enter data into the HR systems, ensuring this is up to date and the data entered is accurate whilst maintaining relevant documentation and filing systems
Provide HR system maintenance, on-going administration and optimisation. SME and point of contact for the HR Team and employees, with a view to continuous improvement at all times
To be the HR system administrator and liaise with the provider to find solutions to support improvements to the system
To develop user guides and virtual/face to face training where required to ensure effective use of the HR system
Day to day ad-hoc HR Administration and ad-hoc project work
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experience in the use of HR software and system admin expertise
Strong attention to detail and highly organised and methodical in approach
Understanding of when and how to escalate issues and push to resolution
Ability to effectively prioritise and work well under pressure
Self-motivated and ability to use initiative
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills with effective planning and time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
**IT literate**: Word, Excel, Outlook
CIPD qualification (Level 3) is desirable
