Databridge provides a Management Information System (MIS) for Independent Specialist Providers across the UK, giving specialist schools and colleges the tools they need to efficiently handle their data on a day-to-day basis.

As a Customer Liaison Officer, your role will be to assist our clients in implementing our product into their daily processes - planning with Senior Leadership teams what and how they can use our software, as well as larger scale training days, demonstrating how to use our software to audiences ranging anywhere from 10 - 100+ individuals.

Once qualified, as an ILR Specialist, you will be responsible for advising our clients on how to complete their ILR returns using our product. This requires specialised sector knowledge, for which we will provide training if you don’t have previous ILR experience. You will not be expected to consult on our client’s ILR returns until you have received the appropriate training.

All equipment will be provided for you, and travel expenses re-imbursed. You will be expected to travel to any one of our client’s locations (all UK based), and where over-night stays are necessary, Databridge will cover all work-related costs.

Initially, the role will involve the following:

- Visiting clients (anywhere in the UK) and delivering training on-site to large audiences
- Updating and improving our help guides and videos
- Once ILR qualified, your role will involve the above, but also involve delivering training specifically on the ILR.
