About the Role

This Clinical Customer Service Representative position involves working with customers through the hospital liaison process, analyzing health reports, and supporting company-wide understanding of medical practices and terminology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and assess health reports to determine appropriate next steps
  • Support customers in the hospital liaison process
  • Assist in company-wide understanding of medical practices and terminology
  • Influence improvements in internal procedures
  • Collaborate with the Medical Advisory Panel on service development
  • Conduct root cause analysis for identified issues
  • Produce reports for internal use and senior management

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly organized individual with experience in medical practice, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
