An opportunity has arisen for a full time, well organised and enthusiastic individual to join the Outpatients team, within the Community Adult Mental Health Team based at Colne House Watford.

You will welcome visitors to the unit, take first line telephone calls, and maintain a positive, professional and welcoming approach.

This busy full-time role is varied and duties will include managing the outpatient clinics, including the doctor's diaries.

A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required along with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.

To be successful you will need excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate well both written and verbal, as well as working effectively as part of a larger team.

**Tasks will include, but not be limited to**:
- Working as part of a Team and to be responsible for the administration of outpatient clinics, liaising with service users and professional staff on an ongoing basis.

Responsible for managing outpatient appointments on the Electronic Patient Records (Paris); Inputting all relevant data; registering of patient details and continuous updating of patient records, booking all new and follow up clinic appointments and liaising closely with the team secretaries.
