This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join an enthusiastic team as the business grows. We are looking for someone who is results-driven and self-motivated and who is keen to develop their marketing skills and support the business growth of iKoustic.

iKoustic are a small privately-owned SME based in Wetherby, West Yorkshire and we provide soundproofing and absorption solutions for domestic and commercial buildings. The business is on an ambitious growth trajectory and a key part of this is our marketing strategy. We have launched our new website and have a new CRM system and you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the commercial team to drive the business forward. This role is ideal for someone who is looking to move into a generalist marketing role, covering digital, strategic and commercial marketing and you will have the opportunity to work in a small business gaining a breadth of experience, including running campaigns, PPC and SEO.

**Responsibilities**:
Key tasks:

- Filming and editing videos for our YouTube channel
- Designing and creating marketing literature
- Working with the team to write SEO blogs
- Managing social media accounts
- Supporting in the maintenance of the website (WordPress)

As part of the role you will be expected to take on and manage your own projects. These projects could involve launching a loyalty scheme, managing a tradeshow appearance, supporting the sales teams outreach efforts and much more. We’ll work to match your current skills or areas of potential growth to projects that suit you.

The role is based in Wetherby and the core hours of work are 8.30pm -5.00pm.
