**Head of Pursuit Wealth - London/ Hybrid**:

**What the day will look like**:
The Bid and Pursuit team is a new cross Aon UK team bringing together colleagues who support on RFPs and pitches. Specifically Pursuit colleagues have deep expertise in both their solution line and also providing support and coaching for sales and client retention opportunities. This role manages the wealth colleagues in this team who currently focus on investment opportunities.

We have a healthy sales pipeline in the investment department and are looking for someone to resource any sales project that comes in and continue to improve the quality of our content. The role would cover all sales channels in the investment department including advisory and fiduciary plus helping on emerging areas such as insurance and responsible investment

You will also need to work closely with all our specialist teams (risk and modelling, manager research, portfolio management etc) to ensure that we are able to work with them effectively, selling their work successfully whilst still allowing them to focus on their day job.

It will be essential to work with other bid and pursuit teams across Aon to share best practice and create DAU opportunities

**How this opportunity is different**:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Aon and specialise in the delivery of Wealth Solutions bids. You will regularly collaborate with multiple stakeholders in both the UK and EMEA regions and have the opportunity to connect with global bid teams outside your region.

You will have the opportunity to drive the strategic direction for the investment part of the team and sit on a cross-service line leadership team to ensure we share best practice and drive DAU opportunities. You will directly manage a team of 6 individuals and also act as the key contact for the Heads of DB and DC investment sales.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate finding out what a client or prospect really wants and then explaining our service to them in a compelling way. You also need to be enthusiastic about managing a growing team.

You need to have experience of at least two of the following:

- Managing a team
- Contributing to RFPs or pitches
- Selling (or upselling) our fiduciary business to clients
- Knowledge of DB investment or DC fiduciary (mastertrust, bundled, GPP etc)
