Responsibilities:

- To accept new client referrals and ensure client schedules are matched to their needs and requirements.
- To work closely with the recruitment team to ensure sufficient staffing levels are acieved.
- To add and maintain all client and care professional information onto the electronic scheduling system and our own software.
- Create, update and audit client care plans and assist with digital care planning.
- Maintain accurate client and care professional records on our in house Software
- Carry out reviews and action these accordingly.
- Work in line with CQC standards and regulations
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business.
- Providing personal care to clients during periods of staff absence and be on call every other weekend
- Must be a driver with own car

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services is essential.
- Knowledge and understanding of Legislation and Regulations specific to Health and Social Care
- Experience of working in a scheduling role within a home care and other relevant environment
- Good working knowledge of IT systems
- The ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work on own and under pressure.

- Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£26,500.00 per year
