Macildowie are delighted to be working alongside a high-level **education institution** to recruit an experienced **administrator** on a **temporary** basis.

This is a**full-time** position working Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am until 5pm.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain appropriate records of actions, documents, correspondence and other communications as appropriate.
- Undertake general office duties and provide support to the administrator leads as required.
- Upload all relevant work to the External Examiners Blackboard area in a timely manner.
- Assist with student submissions of academic assignments via the Helpdesk.
- Previous experience within the education sector would be advantageous.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft programmes (Outlook, Excel & Word).
- The ability to accurately record, monitor and report financial information.
