As Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Admin department on H2O’s existing Service and Remedial Client base, tending to all engineer and client requirements. You will report directly to the Office Manager.

Specific Day to Day Duties:

- Assisting Office Manager and Pod Leaders where necessary.
- Booking and raising jobs on CRM and other internal platforms.
- Calling of clients and booking in pre-planned works.
- Receive incoming calls from external clients into the office and directing queries internally.
- Closing of jobs on CRM and other internal platforms.
- Daily management of CRM Dashboard.
- Typing of documents and data input.
- Printing - RAMS, engineer reports etc.
- Raising reports for Engineers.
- Document Filing.
- General office upkeep.
- Any other administration duties required.

Personal Qualities
- Must pass a CRB clearance.
- Must have the ability to work both independently and part of a team.
- Have excellent punctuation and communication skills.
- Customer Service Focus.
- Strong Organisational & Time Management Skills.
- Positive, Presentable and Professional attitude in line with our company values.
- Comply with H2O Hygiene's Health & Safety policies to ensure that the company's and your own personal safety obligations and responsibilities are met

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
