HR and Recruitment Coordinator

The HR department are currently looking for a full time HR and Recruitment Coordinator. The role will be based at Head Office, in Stratford (once probation is passed there will be the option to work from home one day per week) and will report to the Head of People. Please note that sufficient training will be provided for this position.
The position will be mainly focused on Recruitment with elements of HR involved.
**Main Duties**
- Conducting Employment Relation cases, including Grievances, Investigations and complex Disciplinaries up to and including dismissal
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with the Management team and providing support and guidance
- Liaising with employee union representatives regarding cases
- TUPE- dealing with both IN and OUT, consulting with employees. Sending out letters and liaising with incumbent companies
- Consulting with employees about site closures and changes in shift patterns
- Addressing performance issues
**Person Specification**
**Essential**
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Flexibility in working hours
Computer literacy (able to use Microsoft or Google)
Attention to detail
**Desirable**
Previous HR experience
Resilience to difficult situations
Due to the high number of employees speaking Spanish/Portuguese, speaking one of these languages would be beneficial to the role but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,500.00 per year
