Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying recruitment needs, and delivering high-quality candidates.
You will work closely with our HR team to understand client requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to deliver high-quality candidates
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets, with a focus on quality and timeliness
- Uncapped commission + £25K - 30K basic salary dependent on experience
- 26 days holiday
- Hybrid working with 3 days in Stratford upon Avon
- Private health, dental, and optical cover
