About the Role

We are working with an established professional services company, and they are recruiting for an HR & Recruitment Coordinator / Assistant to join their team.

This is a hybrid role, with 4 days spent in the office or on-site and 1 day working from home, offering flexibility to manage your own diary.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting with employment relations cases and a background in recruitment. They will be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and possess effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business with day-to-day HR advisory matters, including assisting with employment relations cases.
  • Deal with queries from managers and provide advice and guidance.
  • Support the HR Advisor with grievances, disciplinaries, long-term sick, absence management, performance management, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Manage some employment relations cases from start to finish.
  • Deal with HR administration, including outcome letters, updating employee records, and administration around employment relations cases.
  • Lead and support with high-volume recruitment, including liaising with agencies, managing SLAs, and relationships.
  • Manage the HR & Recruitment inbox, dealing with any queries.
  • Post adverts, review job descriptions, shortlist CVs, organize and attend interviews, and manage the recruitment process.
  • Send out offer letters and organize onboarding packs.
  • Support the HR manager and HR Advisors with various HR projects, including HR systems, restructures, and L&D initiatives.
  • Deal with ad-hoc HR areas that may arise.
