You will work closely alongside all departments, and managers, in a variety of tasks with the core focus being on helping support the smooth running of the business on a day-to-day basis.

Your role will include:

- Monitoring and communicating with enquiries, and assisting on study paths for those enquiring, all the way through to successful booking.
- Processing course bookings in line with company procedures.
- Supporting learners with enquiries including maintaining the online learning system to ensure learners have access to the correct course material.
- Supporting with the booking and administration of exams.
- Maintaining in-house management systems with accurate learner information.
- Supporting the tutor team with setting up classrooms and class logistics, as well as printing and sourcing course material.
- Support in the maintenance of building facilities, such as maintaining sufficient office supplies and restocking the kitchen and toilet facilities.
- Admitting learners for exams and supporting the invigilation of exams. This requires the occasional working of a Saturday (usually one every two months)

Please note that further ad hoc tasks are likely to appear within the role as business needs arise.
- **Key skills/experience**:_
- Previous administration and office experience is essential with proven independent and team working skills.
- Excellent and professional communication skills to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organised with a good eye for detail, and the ability to manage your time well.
- The ability to work proactively.
- Comfortable working as part of a small team.
