**Production Administrator - Poole - Salary up to £25,000**

We are proud to be recruiting for an exciting and well-regarded client based in Poole, who is looking for a Production Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a hands-on role working in a busy production studio making handmade gift products as well as supporting with administrative tasks

**Tasks include**:

- Creating Bill of Materials and job sheets in Sage Manufacturing
- Ensuring paper cutting and supplier jobs are correctly and timely processed on Sage Manufacturing
- To follow the processes and procedures of stock movement (returns, damages and write-offs) in a timely and accurate manner - both in the warehouse and on Sage 50
- Managing stock allocation on Sage 50
- Co-ordinate cycle counts of components
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers and negotiating the best prices
- Complete the Costing Calculator for the manager’s attention
- Complete printing logs
- Identifying purchase requirements to Production Manager for approval
- Placing Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers to maintain deadlines
- Quality check of incoming goods

**Essential Skills**:

- Proven ability to support in an administrative capacity
- Good attention to detail with a strong level of accurate numeracy
- Able to work independently (with mínimal supervision) following training and initial guidance
- An ability to take ownership of task/job requirements and follow things through to completion
- A good use of initiative and an ability to be resourceful
- A willingness to learn new skills and attributes
- Effective efficient working in line with documented company processes
- Good understanding and capability (a confident user of) Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- A working knowledge of Sage 50 would be preferred but this isn't essential.

**Salary**: £23-25k per annum DOE

Hours: 08.30am - 17.00pm Monday - Friday

Benefits: 20 days holiday, plus additional bank holidays, Birthday leave, Company Pension Scheme, Company Health Plan, Medical leave allowance, Social events, Free parking, Staff discounts

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
