**Permanent, Full-time position**

**£30,000 - £32,000 per annum**

Our client are a market leader in the manufacture of structural connectors & fasteners, that support the construction process, with decades of experience behind them, they now produce more than 1,000 solutions for customers across the UK, Europe and further afield to enable stronger, safer homes and buildings to be developed.

They are now looking for a Commercial data support to assist the Commercial Team at our Tamworth site on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As Commercial data support, you will review and evaluate data to help make our processes smoother and provide a better customer journey.

Helping to make continuous improvements to departmental processes, you will analyse data, recommend improvements and streamline existing processes. Attending meetings where required.

Maintain and update customer pricing and other commercial data in SAP as needed.

**About You**
- Excellent Excel skills with an analytical and data-driven approach
- A passion for data and using it to improve and / or streamline processes
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- A genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service
- High level of IT literacy including Word, Outlook and Office.
- To be able to use mulitiple systems and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- At a minimum, GCSEs at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
