**Commercial Fleet Inspector**

**Tamworth - to cover Birmingham & Derbyshire**

**£28,000 per annum** **plus bonus**

**Company van to commute to and from work**

**Full Time, permanent 44 hours per week (must be flexible)**

**The Role**:
As a Commercial Fleet Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting our customer fleets within your portfolio, keeping in line with the required customer service level agreements.
- Proactively manage your schedule to ensure timely inspections of vehicles in the customer portfolio, adhering to monthly/quarterly cycles
- Ensure the quality of the inspection and the data provided is accurate
- Work flexible working hours and pro-actively plan your time to maximise the efficiency of inspections within your given portfolio
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of the customers within your portfolio and work within the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Effectively identify defects and necessary work on customer fleets, creating a work pipeline for local Depot teams to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Recognise and communicate issues within the fleets to both customers and line management
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with Commercial Tyre Technicians, Area Sales Managers and Depot Managers

**What we are looking for**:

- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Full and valid UK Driver's Licence
- Adaptability to changing priorities and challenges
- Must have experience in commercial/truck tyre fitting role or similar
- Expert knowledge of tyre husbandry and maintenance is essential
