**Job Responsibilities include**:
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager to assist and support both the Commercial Team and Customer Care Team by providing relevant analytical data to track progress and make continuous improvements to departmental processes in line with business needs.

To cover the customer service role as and when required (minimum of 2 days per week) to ensure the Customer Care Team is able to provide our customers with outstanding customer service at all times.

**Job Duties**:

- Assisting with customer inbox enquiries (both BM & EPD clients)
- Liaise with the customer, production, warehouse and technical departments where relevant to confirm/query order details
- Provide basic technical support for customer enquiries
- To co-ordinate customer quote requests
- Any other reasonable requests as required
- Using data and analytics to provide relevant information as required in order for sound business decisions to be made.
- Using an analytical approach to recommend improvements and to streamline existing processes/practices
- Maintenance and updates of SAP as needed
- Managing exceptions reports
- Updating and maintaining internal data system for the customer care team
- Attendance at meetings as required

- Pays close attention to detail at all times
- Passion for data and using data to improve and / or streamline processes to ensure efficient and effective ways of working
- The ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
- Competent level and sound understanding of SAP
- High level of IT skills including Word, Outlook and Office
- Excellent excel skills with an analytical and data driven approach
- Genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service (internal & external)
- Has the equivalent or GCSE Level 7 / Grade C or above in Maths and English
- Has a can do flexible attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team and autonomously as required
- A positive and pro-active approach to work with a willingness to share ideas
- Able to use multiple systems and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills via telephone and in person
