Working with every department at BDO, our Finance team helps us meet relevant legal requirements that ensure our firm operates effectively in a tightly-regulated field. You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’llbe encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

The purpose of this role is to assist with the monthly Management Accounts process and other ad-hoc financial reporting.

You'll be someone with:

- ACA/ACCA finalist or qualified
- Proven experience in a similar accounts function
- Analytical and numerical ability - able to analyse and interpret data
- Excellent planning and organising skills - able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Able to prioritise own workload to meet business needs
- Experience with explaining financial information to people with less accounting knowledge.
- Attention to detail when producing data, reports, or other analysis
