We are recruiting for a **Customer Complaints Advisor** to work within our Stairlifts Division supporting UK and overseas distributors.

The **Customer Advisor** positions are based in Andover, Hampshire on the Portway Industrial Estate.

We are looking for a **Customer Advisor** who has excellent communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail, who is able to communicate effectively and offer a high level of Customer Service to our UK and non-UK customers.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be motivated and have a customer centric approach to your work. Previous experience working with Customer complaints is desirable. You will also need to be comfortable with decision making, planning and prioritising your own workload.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts
- Record rectify and process all quality issues
- Process and validate warranty claims
- Offer support and assistance to the team
- Maintain and update customer database
- Respond to customer requests and complaints
- Manage customer expectations
- Build relationships with your portfolio of accounts
