Are you highly motivated to work in a demanding and rewarding environment? Are you passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs? You could support people to move from hospital and residential settings back into the community within a supported living setting, in order to develop their independence through Positive Behaviour Support.

The role would be supporting individuals within a supported living environment with complex needs across 4 self-contained bungalows within the Markfield area of Leicestershire, funded by the NHS and Leicestershire County Council as part of the Transforming Care Agenda.

**We will pay you a £400 Welcome Bonus.**
