We are looking for someone with experience in complex needs to join the team in Markfield supporting an individual with complex needs and self harming behaviour who requires extra support to achieve their goals. Routine is critical in this challenging role.
You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. Do you enjoy a quiet environment, and want to promote independence by listening and have a good understanding of complex needs Then we want to hear from you.
You will be required to support the individual with their interests in arts, photos, animals, pamper sessions and much more
We are looking for fulltime hours of up to 37.5 hours a week, with a variety of shifts which may include long days, earlies and late shifts. We also have part time hours available.

**What will you do?**
Supporting people is really important but it’s not all trips out and artwork. We also support people to take their medication, make healthy lifestyle choices or maintain their home in a way they are safe and well.
