What matters to the people we support matters to us. It’s their life, their way.

We are looking for a friendly and fun person to join our brilliant team supporting 3 ladies who live in their own home and 2 gentlemen who live in their own home in Markfield.

You will be working in their home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. Our ladies love a variety of activities such as going to the day centre, horse riding, going out for lunch and watching shows. Our gentleman love getting out for drives in the wider community, enjoy quiet picnics and going out carriage driving in the countryside. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, happy to go with the flow and is proactive.

You should be available to work a variety of shifts across the week and alternate weekends, including some sleep-in shifts as needed.

So, if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.

**What will you do?**
