Care Support Specialist

Prestige Nursing & Care Leicestershire are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care to a young client in the LE67 area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the client with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility
- Assist the client in engaging in activities they enjoy, such as swimming, cinema trips, and bowling
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the client
- Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Support Worker is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and kind individual with a passion for supporting people with complex needs
- Full driving licence and use of own vehicle for client transport
