RFM - Facilities Workplace Coordinator Modern Apprentice
Location: Tameside - Ashton Old Library
**Salary**: £6.50 per hour

Your new role:
**About the role**:
- To liaise with Members, Officers, the public, relevant local community organisations and other customers to ensure the effective management of facilities and a high standard of service provision
- To develop relations and collaboration with client management teams to ensure delivery of contract.
- To carry out the various policies and procedures associated with the operation of the facility, specifically those relating to security and access, maintenance and repair and health and safety.
- Ensure all refreshment requests are provided and details recorded for the purposing of recharging
- Produce ID badges for TMBC employees.
- Place orders for cleaning and caretaking equipment & consumables
- To take delivery and arrange for the storage of materials, stores and other goods relating to the services provided by RFM.
**What you'll need**:
- Nat 5 (A-C) / GCSE in Maths and English (4-9)
- The ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate a methodical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
- Dedication and ambition to develop within the role
- Computer literate and numerate
