**Location: Ashton Old Library, Ashton-Under-Lyne**

Working hours: 38.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Job title: Internally known as Small Works Coordinator

Your new role:
The Facilities Administrator, or Small Works Coordinator, provides administration support to the Client Contract, managing the CVN, Lifecycle, and Defects trackers to ensure all open requests are managed in line with any contractual obligations and to mitigate deductions.

**What you’ll do**:

- File Management both electronic and hard copy. This will include the maintenance of the CVN and lifecycle trackers, collation of all information relating to quoted CVN, Lifecycle, and Defects works and management of all job specific paperwork from sub-contractors relating to PFI ‘Building Schools for the Future’ and Design and Build Projects.
- Process change order documentation and send to relevant contact for approval within contractual timescales.
- Logging all CVNs and Lifecycle works (ARFs) onto CAFM system and requesting extensions if required, creating job numbers and electronic files.
- To chase/escalate to management team, any open requests that require attention. This will require understanding the contractual obligations for CVN, Lifecycle, and Defect processing and managing the CVN/ARF and Defect requests through the key contractual milestones.
- To contact Sub-Contractors and Supply Chains as required for progress updates.
