We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistantwith good administrative, organisational, communication and customer services skills, who is also proficient is Microsoft Office.

Working as the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant you will be supporting the wider helpdesk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries.

As the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant you will ensure the highest standard of customer service is maintained.

**DUTIES**

Your duties as the Administrator / Customer Service Administration Assistant include:

- Supporting the wider helpdesk team in responding to all general customer sales and service enquiries
- Ensuring the highest standard of customer service is maintained
- Providing support to the project team field-based operatives, taking ownership of requests
- Providing general assistance to the project management team, operations managers, and directors
- Ensuring cover of phones during lunches / busy periods
- Responsible for the preparation and distribution of invoices using the company's Job Management platform
- Provide support and assistance to the other administration roles

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
- Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
