DRIVERS ARE ESSENTIAL DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ROLE
As a Team Leader within Blessed Hearts Homecare a successful domiciliarycare company - you will be based from the main office in West Bromwich,and have front line responsibility for the support team, working closely with them to ensure the highest quality of personal and social care is delivered to vulnerable people of Wolverhampton and the black country, living in their own homes.
Offering a reliable service to adults in all age groups, giving families the peace of mind that their loved ones are supported. Providing support in areas such as elderly care, learning disabilities, palliative care, complex support, practical assistance etc.
Working within a friendly and supportive team - as a Domiciliary Care Team Leader - you will report into the Care Manager and work alongside other Team Leaders.
**You will be involved with**:
- Rota management
- Supervisions / competencies / spots checks
- Spend time out and about in the community, interacting with clients and families, addressing any issues which may arise and to put right ASAP.
- Support new starters with training / induction
- Support with new referrals
- Provide cover for calls as and when needed
- Part of on call rota

We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, caring Team Leader who is passionate about providing exceptional standards of care to their clients, can build rapport and trust with families, clients and staff team.
**Hours of work**:
- 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts from 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm
