**Accounts Receivable**
- Ensure end of day reconciliations for the different sites are checked and processed.
- Posting of sales invoices to the companies in-house accounts package (Quickbooks).
- Post sales receipts to the companies in-house accounts package and clinical system, which will include receipts via credit/debit card, cheque, cash or bacs.
- To liaise with Insurance Companies in respect of outstanding debts and contract issues, in order to facilitate timely payment. Send out and track invoices sent to the Insurance Companies.
- To assist in the management of debtors accounts where necessary, including raising invoices and statements, production of aged debt reports and debtors management where appropriate (i.e. credit control)
- Discuss, interpret and resolve with customers and other organisations, inaccuracies with invoices & payments.
- Maintain appropriate procedure records and audit trail for all activity.
- Assists in the preparation of ad-hoc financial information as required.
- Assist in the provision of information necessary for the completion of reports and returns as required.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the Finance Manager

**Recent finance or accounting related role including recons, credit control and all round general accounts knowledge.
