**Job description**:
J3183 - New Leaf Search has partnered with a leading provider of asset finance to UK businesses in their search for a** Sales Support Administrator**. You will be trained to deliver exceptional customer service whilst handling telephone enquiries on a wide range of topics from internal and external customers.

**Salary**: £22,000 - £24,500 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Scotland, Edinburgh (Hybrid).

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide office support to either an individual or team and it is vital for the smooth-running of a business.
- Enthusiastic and professional.
- Experienced administrative assistant with training in a wide range of office administration tasks.
- Able to work under pressure and collaborate with a team.
- We're looking for a dependable, organised, excellent communicator.
- An exemplary work ethic plus enthusiasm for preparation and order is also a must.

- You must be keen to deliver great customer outcomes.
- Ability to use questioning skills to understand what is required from internal and external customers.
- Demonstrate problem solving with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to change and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent organiser and motivated self-starter.
- Great time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and develop relationships at all levels.
- Ability to manage the expectations of internal and external partners alike.
