**Job Title**: Training Administrator

We are recruiting a Learning and Development Coordinator on the Devonport Royal Dockyard project. The role forms part of the onboarding team and contributes to the success of the “workers journey” to site.

The Training Administrator will be required to provide administrative assistance to support compliance training delivery, pre-placement qualification & competency assessment and apprentice recruitment.

**Key Responsibilities**

In this Training Administrator role, you will
- Ensure that compliance training is organised in the most cost effective and efficient way, to the highest standards utilising local training providers where possible
- Ensure all training administration is completed including sourcing courses, collating data, and distributing the information
- Maintain the L&D databases and ensure that all employees training/qualifications and skills are valid
- Gain and track feedback on all training that is caried out on the project
- Co-ordinate, monitor and record attendance for all courses, toolbox talks and briefings within the Project
- Booking training with the internal/external trainers and ensure fully utilised
- Develop effective on-going relationships at all levels across L&D services, establishing yourself as a credible, respected, and valued administrator, responding to queries directly

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Demonstrable knowledge of working within an L&D administrative function.
- Strong communication skills with great attention to detail.
