**Position Summary**:
Our ideal Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is an enthusiastic, innovative, high-energy, and self-motivated recruitment professional, with experience in recruiting and managing talent acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for recruiting positions across a variety of departments and countries in EMEA. This includes working on positions up to the Director level. Outside of recruiting, you will also help in developing and implementing talent acquisition processes and strategies to guide Bio-Techne’s hiring practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers, review CVs for minimum qualifications, conduct phone interviews, and participates in face-to-face interviews in collaboration with the wider hiring team
- Partners with Hiring Managers to ensure effective negotiation of hiring offers
- Develop internal and external networks to support passive sourcing efforts
- Tracks and maintains reporting of applicant and position metrics
- Track and manage recruitment agency spend across EMEA
- Implements creative recruitment tactics that attract new and experienced staff; aware of general and country specific labour and recruitment trends
- Develops best practices for recruitment and retention
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and internal business customers to manage recruiting strategy with focus supporting business needs
- Train Hiring Managers on the recruitment process and the steps that they are responsible for completing
- Develops and maintains contacts with schools, professional organizations, and companies to find and attract applicants
- Performs additional duties as assigned

**Education and Experience**:

- Position requires a degree or equivalent and a minimum of 4+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience working with and influencing senior management is required
- Experience in talent acquisition process management and strategy creation is highly preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing new talent acquisition process is highlighted preferred

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Fluent written and spoken English language is required, French or German language skills highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and converting passive talent into hires
- Proven relationship building skills, particularly at the senior level
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to effectively influence stakeholders and lead change management
- Ability to work with various business units and departments
- Gather and analyse information skillfully
- Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assumptions
- Skills in problem solving; including the ability to identify and appropriately evaluate a course of action
- Ability to act independently on routine assignments or projects
- Ability to plan, organise and multi-task to complete assignments in an efficient manner
- Ability to communicate professionally, both oral and written
- Ability to pay attention to details and perform at a high-level accuracy
- Ability to work independently and with a team
