Chief Talent Acquisition Officer

We are seeking an experienced Chief Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team at M3 EU, a leading provider of digital solutions for healthcare innovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning business objectives with HR strategy and execution in designated business units within M3 Europe operations.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience as an HR Director or Business Partner and minimum of previous 10 years' experience within HR generalist role. They must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent language skills, both verbal and written.
The estimated salary for this position is £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:

The successful candidate will work closely with CHRO to implement employee engagement projects, including training and process improvement initiatives and direct change management in the assigned business units. They will also partner with talent acquisition team to ensure successful hiring and onboarding of new starters.
