Within our Bradford facility we design, machine, assembly and install our entire Bulk Powder and Liquid Compressor range for Road Transport Vehicles. Providing our customers with the whole product life cycle is number one for us and with our mobile service engineers we offer from concept design, manufacture, installation and aftermarket support.

**Job description**:
The Aftermarket Parts Sales Co-coordinator will assist the Aftermarket Sales and

Service Department in a wide variety of activities including spare parts, product

support for our national and international customer base along with coordinating

paid service support through our own engineer network.

The Aftermarket Parts Sales Co-coordinator must be able to work autonomously,

have outstanding communication skills, be detail orientated, a problem solver with

superior customer service skills and the ability to work constructively with a variety

of stakeholders with a tactful and positive approach.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with production, purchasing and other related departments to ensure that delivery dates are agreed and communicated to the customer.
- Ensure that orders are processed efficiently and accurately onto the computer system and that order acknowledgements are supplied in a timely manner.
- Ensure that group companies, distributors and end customers are continually informed about the status of their outstanding orders.
- Within Ingersoll Rand actively represent our customer’s interests in the areas of due date performance accuracy and quality of product despatched.
- Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service and telephone support.
- Develop existing accounts / explore new accounts and develop any growth opportunities within those accounts by maximising every sales opportunity.
- Support all activities within the aftermarket department as required.
