The Internal Sales Coordinator's role is to support and assist the Key Account Managers and Business Development Managers in their duties such as overseeing the portfolio of existing partners and being a failover point of contact for all connections involved in the direct opportunities up to handover.

You'll also be a secondary contact for customers and queries in an event of the extended absence of the Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.

The Internal Sales Coordinator ensures that orders are processed accurately and efficiently in cooperation with provisioning, observing and communicating any feedback and modifications of the orders including price changes.

The Internal Sales Coordinator is the main point of contact for provisioning escalations arriving from partners' queries where there is no information available on company CRM.

**Duties**:

- Act as the failover point of contact for all contacts involved with direct opportunities up to handover
- Supporting the Key Account and Business Development Managers in overseeing a portfolio of existing partners, acting as a secondary point of contact for inbound queries, issues, and complaints
- To utilise system and process knowledge to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of orders completed by BDMs and KAMs and raise escalations where necessary
- To support Key Account Manager with ensuring all direct leads and opportunities are run correctly and followed up appropriately as part of managing the Salesfloor Pipelines
- To be able to cover Key Account Manager office based and administrative duties during their Extended Absence
- To manage the process and relationships involved with the implementation of new services, becoming the secondary contact for clients and provisioning during the period of service installation
- To be a secondary contact for escalations and spot-check orders as well as rejected orders.
- Deal with order amendments, post opportunity closure amendments, inflight orders
- To contribute to the production of department knowledge-base material
