**General Responsibilities**:

- Researching, developing and organizing entertaining, engaging on-campus activities for 200+ students to include:

- Weeknight Activities (Min. 3 per weeknight; Min. 2 per weekend)
- House Competition Event (1 per week)
- Talent Show / Exhibition (1 per session)
- Overseeing the Summer Counselor Team to include, training and support, scheduling of duties, and the planning and organizing of activities.
- Effectively advertise on-campus activities to students using multiple mediums.
- Organizing and overseeing a reward based behavior management system (TASIS Tickets)
- Advertising systematic procedures to students and faculty
- Accounting of tickets and sharing of campus-wide results
- Purchasing prizes and organizing rewards for students
- Managing activities’ budget and dispensing funds as needed.
- Carry out other day to day tasks as the Co
- Director of the Program and Administrators deem necessary.

Previous experience of working within international programs and experience of working with the American curriculum is essential.

This is a residential position and the post-holder may serve as a Duty Team Leader, as a member of the Administrative Team, and meets regularly with the Co-Director of the Program.

**Working Hours**:
As specified in the contract you will work an average of 45 hours per week with a one hour break each day, but may be scheduled and required to work additional hours in any week according to operational requirements. The days of the week and the number and timing of working hours within each working day may be varied from time to time by the School in accordance with operational requirements.

**Safeguarding Responsibilities**:

- Knows the identity of the School’s Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy.
- Alert to indicators of potential safeguarding issues and reports these immediately in accordance with the School’s procedure.
- Is aware of the School’s Safeguarding Policy and follows its requirements.
- Attends training relating to Safeguarding of Children.
- Engages in safe practice and professional conduct to safeguard children to mitigate against the potential for misunderstandings or situations being misconstrued.
- Creates safe and secure learning environments.
