Holidays Operation Team Leader

We have an opportunity for a Team Leader to support our Holiday Cottage Cleaners at Fountains Abbey.

**Duration**:Permanent

**Hours**:37.5 hours per week.

**Salary**:£19,305 per annum

This role may include Saturday working and the supervising of the day to day operations of the holiday team and the holiday cottages at Fountains Abbey. Presentation skills and maintaining standards are a key part of the role so cleaning will also be required. Self motivation and the ability to work to deadlines are key.

What you'll be doing:You will induct new staff and support the provision of an efficient, effective and flexible service ensuring cover for changeovers, service cleans and house opening achieving very high standards of presentation; co-ordination of routine maintenance and repairs, and deal with customer queries in line with the NT Holidays Toolkit.

Health and Safety compliance and good environmental management is essential. You will be familiar with working to risk assessments, COSHH procedures, accident reporting, and fire safety.

- Practical understanding of what is needed in an operational role in a holiday operating environment
- A good understanding of necessary standards of housekeeping, presentation and maintenance
- Knowledge of good people skills, confidence dealing with a variety of situations including incidents and complaints.
