**Operations Team Leader** - our client is looking for committed individuals with a positive mind-set and a strong work ethic to join their management team.

The successful
**Operations Team Leader **will play a crucial part in assisting our clients aim to become industry leaders in a fast-moving marketplace, striving for excellence with both products & service.

This is the ideal role for an
**Operations Team Leader** looking to develop their career with a dynamic and forward thinking business.

**Salary**: £28,000 - £32,000

**Your duties will include**:

- To further develop communication both with and between departments both formally and informally.
- Good food hygiene and health and safety knowledge
- Internal audit of orders dispatched on time/in full.
- Assist with HAACP/ BRC Audits
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes and procedures where applicable to ensure best practice and quality.
- Plan the operation to meet all internal and external KPIs, in order to ensure client expectations are met.
- Supervise allocated department(s) ensuring business needs are achieved
- Attending and contributing in production meetings

**To be considered for the role of Operations Team Leader, you must have**:

- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Previous exposure to manufacturing or food production advantageous
- Attention to detail
- Personable / outgoing / confident
- Good IT Skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Experience in working within BRC regulations preferred but not essential
- Ability to communicate, understand and follow instructions
- Organised and efficient
