Each home for this organisation is no larger than 5 people and they have an amazing team of professionals always ready at hand.

(Please note, this role does not involve constant travelling from home to home and will only be based in 1 location)

Role:

- Providing support to adults with learning disability, challenging behaviour, mental health and/or autism in a 1-1 or 2-1 basis
- Understanding the following individual health care plans
- Providing personal care when necessary
- Help create and maintain a secure and happy atmosphere
- Building a strong client relationship
- Assisting service users with day-to-day activities including medical appointments

You:

- Have experience of working with adults in a Health and Social Care setting (Can be professional or personal)
- Be patient, sensitive, and compassionate
- Are understanding, and have empathy
- Have a passion for improving the lifestyle of service users
- Ability to make everyday fun for the service users
- Are motivated and enthusiastic
- Have great communication skills
