**Role summary**

This role is responsible for supporting the wider team in delivering operational excellence. You will be given specific tasks to support Sales Operations. The role will contribute to a range of tasks to ensure requirements and deadlines are met.

Although mostly hybrid there will be a requirement to attend the office in Guildford twice a week so ideally local to the area

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide support around sales planning and forecasting.
- Support the lead handling, opportunity qualification and bid management process.
- Understand and assist delivery of best practice guidance and knowledge to on-board and train the sales team about sales processes and supporting technology.
- Reduce sales burden and frustration through the sales process.
- Is able to carry out commission administrative tasks under supervision, with direction and oversight.
- Ensure the availability of standard pipeline, data quality and sales management reports.
- Managing business development costs through appropriate regular (target of weekly) checks.
- Encourage and support all sales people to attend regular training sessions.

- Excellent communication skills - Ability to communicate competently with immediate team and internal stakeholders
- A good working knowledge of Salesforce - Running reports, dashboards
- A keen eye for detail - analysing data and data quality
- A good working knowledge of Excel - pivot tables etc
