Estate Agency Branch Administrator - £26,000 - £28,000 DOE - Guildford.
We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Administrator to support our clients highly successful Estate & Lettings agency in Guildford.
As a Sales Administrator you will take ownership of office administration accurately and efficiently and in a professional manner, within a busy customer facing environment.

What will you be doing?
The main purpose of your role is to support the sales team within the office with administrative duties. This will involve uploading property details onto major property portals, dealing with customer enquiries both in branch and over the phone.
Skills and experience required to be a successful Sales Administrator
- Preferably experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
- Resilient and Positive
- Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment
- Helpful
- Keen interest in learning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hours
8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday
£26-28,000 DOE. (Part time on a pro rata basis considered and flexibility can be given to situation)
