**The role?**
You would support the business in continually developing, implementing and coordinating activities through our competence management system. This includes organising training and assessments, tracking training and expiry dates plus building strong relationships across the business by advising managers around training, competence, learning and development. You will also be involved in the appraisal review process, reporting and development plans.

**You are?**
Experienced in a training and competence role with a good understanding of training needs across technical and non-technical roles. You may have CIPD membership or further HR/L&D qualifications but this is not essential.
