We are looking for a Fundraising and Campaigns Officer to join our team on a full time basis, for 36 hours per week over Monday to Friday. This role is hybrid working from our London office 2 days a week.

**About the role**:
As a Fundraising and Campaigns Officer, you will not only contribute to the growth of BPAS but also play a significant role in advancing women's reproductive rights. This role is an opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping a more informed, empowered society. You'll work alongside a passionate team dedicated to making a positive impact.

This role will play a critical part in developing and executing fundraising strategies and advocacy campaigns that align with BPAS's vision and goals. In the role, you will collaborate with our team to create compelling campaigns and engage with supporters who share our mission.

**About You**:
**Main duties of the job**
- Collaborate with the Campaigns Manager and Associate Director of Communications and Campaigns to develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies that align with BPAS's vision and goals
- Plan, organise, and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives, including online and offline campaign activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor information in the database, tracking donor contributions and ensuring data integrity
- Coordinate fundraising events, including organising logistics, recruiting volunteers, and overseeing event execution
- Support the delivery of a range of different communication and engagement tools for BPAS campaigns, including the delivery of reports, media engagement, and promotion of political action
- Assist with strategies to increase public understanding of the broader circumstances in which women make their reproductive decisions, and how they can be best supported
- Use data analysis and reporting tools to monitor fundraising and campaign performance and measure success

**British Pregnancy Advisory Service (BPAS)** is the UK's largest independent women's reproductive healthcare charity. We work mainly on behalf of the NHS across the country providing abortion, contraception, STI testing & treatment. We specialise in evidence-based, not-for-profit care reproductive healthcare.

For our clinical roles, a full clinical training package will be provided along with comprehensive support. For surgical units you will gain experience in conscious sedation & general anaesthetic treatment in our operating departments.

**Hours**:36 hours per week.

**Hours of Work**: Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:00 | Fridays 09:00-15:30 - Hybrid working with 2 days worked from our office in Furnival street and 3 days remotely.

**Salary**:£24,536 - £28,487 per annum, depending on skills and experience. This salary is inclusive of the ILW.
