JOB OVERVIEW

Working as the Senior Supporter Marketing Executive / Fundraising Campaign Officer you will have experience driving income generation and will be at the forefront of the Charity’s fundraising programme, using your expertise to acquire, convert and retain supporters.

As the Senior Supporter Marketing Executive / Fundraising Campaign Officer you will help identify opportunities for growth, to test and develop data-led strategies and to build creative campaigns that engage supporters and drive income.

The Senior Supporter Digital Marketing Executive / Fundraising Campaign Officer will be driven by insights and confident using multiple channels - including digital - to reach audiences.

DUTIES

Your duties as the Senior Supporter Marketing Executive / Fundraising Campaign Officer include:
Producing integrated marketing campaigns for mass fundraising activities including individual giving, in-person and virtual fundraising activities

Overseeing the external communications and marketing calendars from a Fundraising & Engagement perspective. Providing guidance on timings, audience selections and best marketing practice

Evaluating the success of campaigns and writing marketing recommendations

Producing social media marketing content - both paid for and organic

Managing external suppliers - printers, media planning agency, freelance designers and photographers

Budget management and tracking

Keeping up to date with competitor activity, looking out for the latest trends and innovations and implementing into campaigns, bringing innovation and new approaches to the Charity

Working with marketing colleagues across the organisation and supporting varying areas as required

Attend fundraising events and activities outside normal working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

**Essential**:
Fundraising/Income generation marketing campaign experience

Third party fundraising marketing experience

Delivering integrated marketing campaigns

Developing and tracking paid for and organic social media content

Working with creative and media buying agency suppliers

Managing agencies for the delivery of income generating campaigns

Providing support to multiple teams across an organisation

Data-led with strong communication planning and evaluation skills

Ability to manage and set up paid digital advertising campaigns, across a range of platforms and tools, including Meta Ads Manager

Excellent communication skills with the ability to write and think creatively

Strong budget management, planning and organisational skills

Able to work on multiple workstreams to a deadline

Able to work on your own as well as part of a team, with key stakeholders and suppliers

Goal orientated with strong negotiation skills

High level of initiative and problem solving

Strong understanding of the role of brand, championing its consistency and able to deliver within brand guidelines
