Harper Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a well-loved mail order company in Nottinghamshire. We are looking for four customer service champions to join the friendly office team and assist over a busy period.

**Duties will include**:

- Answering high volume inbound calls
- Taking customer orders and payments
- Handling delivery queries
- Resolving customer complaints

**Who are we looking for?**
- Customer Service experience
- Bubbly motivated team member
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
