- A minimum of 2 years 1st and 2nd line support experience
- A good knowledge of Microsoft server, Active Directory, Office 365, VPN and Microsoft exchange
- A knowledge of tape and online backup utilities
- Experience of file servers and distribution lists
- Experience in a fast paced help desk environment
- Excellent customer and communication skills
